 We don't think about it enough but during our sweet nights, our hair often has a bad time. With each movement on the pillow, they are attacked by friction and their hydration is put a little more to the test. We're hardly exaggerating...

The diffuser

Depending on its texture, porosity and thickness, our hair takes more or less time to dry. To speed up the process, instead of letting it dry in the open air or under a microfiber towel if you follow the “plopping” method, you can use a diffuser.

Unlike the classic hair dryer whose heat is often very strong and targeted on each section, the heat of the diffuser is, as its name suggests, diffuse and much less aggressive for the hair fiber. You don't need to set the heat level too high, the important thing is to make the right gestures by bringing the ends towards the roots to perfect the definition of the curls.

The diffuser will then dry the hair evenly, limiting frizz and enhancing your curls.
