Refund Policy
All orders may be canceled until shipped. If your order has been paid and you wish to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
Refund
Your satisfaction is our first priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment of the ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time frame (45 days not including 2 to 5 days of processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).
- We do not provide refunds in the following cases
- your order does not arrive for reasons beyond your control (for example, if you provided the wrong delivery address)
- Your order does not arrive at its destination due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (for example, it was not cleared by customs, it was delayed by a natural disaster).
Note : You can submit a refund request within 15 days of the expiration of the guaranteed delivery time (45 days). You can do this by sending a message via the contact form.
